We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The perfume is unopened and unused.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

📌 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances

  • Products with broken or removed safety seals

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Eligible returns may still be requested in accordance with this policy.
